Next to The Cabaret at Theater Square is the newest restaurant in the Cultural District, Café Zao. The specialty here is Portuguese cuisine which fuses the flavors of India, Brazil and Africa with unique sauces and blends. The atmosphere is as cultured as the cuisine with abstract art by Squirrel Hill's Robert Robinson and curtains made with fabric imported from China.
